12-year-old Emirati child dies after vehicle hit his bicycle in Fujairah

A 12-year-old Emirati child succumbed to fatal injuries after a motor vehicle collided with the bicycle he was riding on a street in Al Faisal neighbourhood of Fujairah.
As reported by the Fujairah Police General Command, the incident occurred on Monday evening when the child was riding his bicycle and was subsequently hit by a vehicle.
Immediately following the incident, emergency medical personnel were dispatched to the scene, where they transferred the child to Fujairah Hospital.
Despite the best efforts of the medical team, the child succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital, the police confirmed.
