Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has laid the foundation stone for a new Daanish School in Chitral, which is expected to open next year. During the ceremony, the Prime Minister called this educational institution a special “gift” for the people of Chitral.

Addressing the gathering, PM Shehbaz praised the residents of Chitral for their strong dedication to education despite facing limited resources and challenging conditions. He acknowledged their passion for learning and their determination to provide better opportunities for their children.

The Prime Minister explained that the new Daanish School will offer free, high-quality education to talented students from the region. This initiative aims to ensure that bright children from less privileged backgrounds can access excellent educational facilities without financial burden.

During his speech, Shehbaz Sharif also congratulated Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi on taking office. He assured the provincial government of complete federal support for development projects across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Federal Minister Engineer Amir Muqam attended the ceremony and praised the Prime Minister’s leadership qualities. He described Shehbaz Sharif as a committed administrator who believes in inclusive governance and works for the welfare of all citizens.

The Daanish School project represents the government’s commitment to improving education in remote areas of Pakistan. This school will provide modern facilities and qualified teachers to help students reach their full potential.

The project is particularly important for Chitral, where access to quality education has been limited. Residents have welcomed this initiative with great enthusiasm and hope.
