The Hashoo Group Head Office hosted a special interactive session where Mr. Murtaza Hashwani, Deputy Chairman & CEO Hashoo Group, met with the four students selected to represent Pakistan at the Future Leaders Challenge (FLC) 2026 in Dubai.
During the session, Mr. Hashwani warmly congratulated the finalists and commended them for earning the honour of representing the country on a global hospitality platform.

He urged the students to carry themselves with confidence, reminding them that they are not only participants from HSHM but ambassadors of Pakistan. He encouraged them to embody professionalism, integrity, and excellence throughout the competition.

The meeting was also attended by Mr. Haseeb Gardezi, Executive Director Pearl-Continental Lahore and Education Division, Mr. Azam Jamil, Advisor to the CEO for Education, and Mr. Faisal Naeem, Director Education. They expressed pride in the students’ achievement and reaffirmed Hashoo Group’s commitment to supporting emerging talent in hospitality.

The Future Leaders Challenge (FLC) is a prestigious global competition that brings together hospitality students from leading institutions worldwide to address real-world challenges through innovation, leadership, and collaboration. HSHM’s participation marks Pakistan’s debut in this international forum, underscoring the institution’s dedication to nurturing young leaders for the country’s growing hospitality sector.

The selected students will now continue their preparation under the mentorship of Mr. Azam Jamil as they gear up for the FLC 2026 global finals in Dubai.

HSHM’s participation in the first-ever Future Leaders Challenge 2026 marks a milestone for hospitality education in Pakistan and reflects Hashoo Group’s commitment to empowering the next generation of industry leaders.
