It is owned by Restaurant Brands International Inc (RBI), a Toronto-based company that also owns other fast food brands including Burger King and Popeyes.

Highlighting the divide: coffee at Tim Hortons and Pakistan’s economic woes

Its first café in Pakistan opened in Lahore in February 2023. Currently, items available on the Tim Hortons Pakistan website are priced in the range of Rs 350 to Rs 1,050.

The Canadian restaurant already has 13 branches in various Pakistani cities, including Islamabad, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Peshawar.

Tim Hortons currently has over 5,100 restaurants across 13 countries, including in the United States, Mexico, Spain, the United Kingdom, across the Middle East, China, Thailand and the Philippines.
