A new and unique floating restaurant is expected to open in Lahore later this year, bringing an exciting dining experience to the city.

The restaurant is being built on a canal that branches out from the Ravi River, making it one of the first projects of its kind in the area. Authorities believe it will add a fresh attraction for both residents and visitors.

The floating restaurant will have three floors and will be able to host more than 200 guests at one time. It will offer a wide variety of high-quality food options, catering to different tastes.

In addition to dining, the project also includes proper parking facilities and other basic amenities to ensure comfort and convenience for visitors.

To prepare the site, work is currently underway to dredge sand and deepen the canal. This process is necessary to allow the floating structure to operate safely and smoothly.

Officials have shared that this work is progressing steadily so the project can be completed within the planned timeline.

The project is being supported by Lahore’s Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA), which hopes the floating restaurant will become a popular landmark. The authority believes it will help improve the city’s appearance and make better use of water resources in an attractive and functional way.

Once completed, the restaurant is expected to offer a peaceful and scenic dining environment, giving people a chance to enjoy food while surrounded by water views.
