LAHORE: The Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and United Bank Limited (UBL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to promote digital payments and ensure safe, fast and efficient financial transactions for LCCI members.
The MoU was signed by LCCI President Faheem Ur Rehman Saigol and UBL Cluster Head Digital Banking Group Amman Uel Channa. UBL Group Head Muhammad Amir Sheikh was also present at the ceremony.
Under the agreement, UBL will provide digital payment and QR-based transaction facilities to LCCI. This will help LCCI members adopt modern, cashless payment systems and improve transparency, convenience and efficiency in business transactions.
