Bangladesh has refused to issue a visa to one Indian official who was supposed to be part of an International Cricket Council (ICC) delegation visiting the country. The visit was planned to hold discussions about possible changes to venues for upcoming World Cup matches.
Indian media reports say that only Andrew Ephraim, the ICC’s Head of Anti-Corruption and Security, has received permission to enter Bangladesh.
