QSPL, a premium digital payments and financial services platform, today announced a strategic partnership with Unikrew Solutions, Pakistan’s foremost provider of digital identity, AI-driven digital onboarding, and Islamic digital finance technologies.

The partnership was formalized at a signing ceremony attended by senior leadership from both organizations, including Muhammad Saad Khan, Chief Executive Officer of QSPL, and Muhammad Naveed Sharif, Chief Executive Officer of Unikrew Solutions.

This collaboration brings together QSPL’s expanding digital financial ecosystem and Unikrew Solutions’ advanced identity and trust infrastructure to enable secure, compliant, and interoperable digital financial services. The partnership is aligned with the State Bank of Pakistan’s (SBP) Agent Interoperability Framework (AIF) and supports the country’s broader financial inclusion and digital transformation agenda.

Under the agreement, Unikrew Solutions will provide QSPL with end-to-end digital identity services, including eKYC, biometric verification, and AI-powered digital onboarding. These capabilities will play a critical role in enabling interoperable agent-based financial services, strengthening customer trust, reducing fraud, and ensuring full compliance with AML/CFT and regulatory requirements, while delivering a seamless and inclusive customer experience.

The collaboration directly supports the objectives of SBP’s Agent Interoperability Framework by enabling:

  • Standardized and trusted digital onboarding across interoperable agent networks
  • Secure customer mobility across platforms and financial institutions
  • Enhanced fraud prevention and identity assurance through biometrics and AI
  • Scalable, Shariah-aware digital financial journeys, where applicable

Commenting on the partnership, Muhammad Saad Khan, Chief Executive Officer of QSPL, said:

“This strategic partnership with Unikrew Solutions represents a significant milestone in QSPL’s mission to build a secure, interoperable, and future-ready digital financial infrastructure. As agent interoperability becomes a cornerstone of Pakistan’s digital finance landscape under SBP’s framework, robust digital identity and trust capabilities are essential. Unikrew Solutions’ expertise in AI-driven identity and onboarding strongly aligns with our vision for scale, security, and financial inclusion.”

Muhammad Naveed Sharif, Chief Executive Officer of Unikrew Solutions, added:

“We are pleased to partner with QSPL at a defining moment for Pakistan’s digital financial ecosystem. Unikrew Solutions is focused on building trusted digital identity foundations that enable interoperability, regulatory compliance, and inclusive growth. By integrating our AI-driven onboarding and identity technologies with QSPL’s platform and SBP’s Agent Interoperability Framework, we aim to facilitate secure access, faster onboarding, and sustainable innovation across digital and agent-based financial services.”

The partnership underscores a shared commitment by QSPL and Unikrew Solutions to innovation, regulatory excellence, security, and financial inclusion, and establishes a strong foundation for long-term collaboration as Pakistan’s interoperable payments, branchless banking, and Islamic digital finance ecosystems continue to evolve.
