QUETTA: The family of a missing man in Quetta has publicly disowned him if he has joined any armed group, declaring that they have no connection or responsibility for such actions.

Speaking at a press conference on Friday, Malik Faheem Shahwani said his younger brother has been missing from home and despite extensive efforts, the family has been unable to trace his whereabouts. He was accompanied by other family members.

Faheem Shahwani said his brother, Mohammad Hashim Shahwani, left home on January 31 and there has been no contact with him since.
