The Balochistan government has given the green light to establish a state-of-the-art Safe City Authority in Quetta, marking a significant step toward enhancing urban security and improving city management. The decision was finalized during a high-level meeting chaired by Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, reflecting the provincial administration’s commitment to modernizing public safety measures and strengthening law enforcement capabilities.
The upcoming Safe City project will feature an extensive network of advanced surveillance cameras, AI-powered monitoring systems, intelligent traffic management solutions, and integrated emergency response tools.
