Ir@n Demands Compensation from UAE for Allowing US Stri_kes From Its Territory

Iran has demanded compensation from the United Arab Emirates, accusing it of allowing the United States strikes to leave from its territory. The claim was made by Iran’s ambassador to the United Nations, Amir Saeid Iravani, in a formal letter sent to the UN Secretary-General.

In the letter, Iravani said that allowing such strikes is a violation of international law. He described it as an “internationally wrongful act,” which, according to legal principles, creates responsibility for the state involved. Iran believes that the UAE must be held accountable if its land was used in operations against Iranian targets.

Tehran has called for full reparations, including payment for both material damage and moral loss. This means compensation not only for physical destruction but also for the wider impact on people and national sovereignty. Iranian officials say such actions cannot be ignored and must be addressed through international channels.

The UAE has not issued a detailed public response to these claims so far. The situation comes at a time of rising tensions in the region, with several countries closely watching developments.

Such disputes can increase pressure at the diplomatic level, especially when brought before international bodies like the United Nations. The issue may lead to further discussions or investigations, depending on how the matter is handled in the coming days.
