On the occasion of World Humanitarian Day 2024, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on his social media account X reaffirmed that the UAE will continue to pursue the humanitarian path laid down by the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan and his brothers since the founding of the nation.

In a tweet on the X platform on World Humanitarian Day, which takes place annually on Aug.19, Sheikh Mohammed stated, “In an ever-changing and uncertain world, individuals and nations must decide whether to make a meaningful impact or merely generate noise. The UAE has chosen the latter, filling the world with a steady stream of rhetoric and action. Our humanitarian journey is a testament to our identity, nature, and religion. We remain committed to the path set forth by Zayed and his brothers since our inception.”
