Abu Dhabi Police honour a child for his exemplary conduct

Major General Ahmed Saif Bin Zaitoon Al Muhairi, Director of Central Operations Sector at Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters, bestowed a commendation upon a child, Mamyar Ahmed, in recognition of his exemplary conduct in reporting a traffic accident.
The child demonstrated the principles of positive citizenship and social responsibility by promptly contacting the appropriate authorities to report a recent incident in which an individual had hit a motorbike and subsequently fled the scene without offering any assistance.
He lauded the child for his responsible and courageous conduct, which unmistakably illustrated the significance of prompt and deliberate action in such circumstances. This exemplified the noble values that the Sector was eager to instill in the community, urging the child to persist in this commendable conduct that would contribute to the advancement of positive citizenship among members of the community.
He expressed his pride in the presence of young people like Mamyar, who contribute to the promotion of safety values and assist in community development. He emphasised that this recognition serves as an encouragement to all to act with prudence.
