HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

A solar eclipse on your birthday is a cosmic promise that success will be yours if you truly want it. To start with though you need to junk the belief that what other people say about you matters. The only opinion that counts is your own.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

You must be honest about your feelings today, even if you worry that partners and loved ones may not like what you have to say. Under the influence of such a powerful solar eclipse they will be more understanding than you expect them to be.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

According to the planets someone you think of as an ally is secretly trying to undermine your interests and you need to take steps to make sure they are not successful. After that, cut them out of your life and don’t let them back in again.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

You don’t have to change what you are doing just because an authority figure says you have got the wrong end of the stick. They could in fact be right but if you give in to them now they may try to change you in other ways too.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

You are not the sort to turn your back on a friend but you do need to be smart when considering who is and who is not worthy of your assistance. Sadly, some people are lazy and will call for help when they don’t really need it.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

Today’s solar eclipse will make it easy for you to say what is on your mind, and in such a way that friends and colleagues are left in no doubt as to your meaning. Try not to be too bossy though – you can sometimes be a bit overbearing.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

You don’t need money and possessions to be happy in life but you do need to be able to pay the bills and today’s solar eclipse will help you find new sources of income if that’s what is required. Don’t let it become an obsession though.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

Hold a clear picture in your mind of what it is you most want to accomplish and keep it there until you have reached your goal. Mercury in your sign will clarify your thoughts and the solar eclipse will add emotional power to your desires.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

The fact that you have been emotionally aggressive of late may have turned one or two people against you and now you must do what is necessary to heal those rifts and get back to being friends again. Say “sorry” and sound as if you mean it.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

You have a great deal of energy at your disposal at the moment and it is of the utmost importance that you focus it in constructive directions. Anything of a creative nature will go well for you now, especially if you join forces with like-minded people.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

Opportunity is about to come knocking and if you act decisively between now and the weekend you will quickly move ahead of your rivals. Ambition is not a dirty word, so aim for the top every second of every day. You’ll get there!

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

What would you do if you knew you could not fail? Think about it and then act as if it is true. Today’s solar eclipse will encourage you to liberate yourself from your current dead end and strike out in bold and beneficial new directions.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

You can be a bit too sensitive at times, which is why recent events have hit you so hard. There is no reason though why you should blame yourself for other people’s failings. The fault for those disasters lies with them, not with you.
