HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

A Venus-Saturn link on your birthday suggests that matters of a material nature will go well for you this year. They will go even better if you keep your wits about you and don’t let other people influence you too much. You already know what needs to be done.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

If you need to make a decision about your financial situation you must get professional advice before committing yourself to a new course of action. The planets warn if you rely on your instincts you could end up moving in a wrong and costly direction.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

If you are struggling with what should be a straightforward situation it is most likely because you have overlooked a small but vital piece of information. Take a step or two back today from where you are now and find out what that might be.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

By all means be nice to the people you work alongside but don’t let them take advantage of your easygoing nature. It is quite possible to be both the fun guy in the room and be on the ball when it comes to looking after your own interests.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

It seems that everyone wants a part of you lately and you are not sure there is enough of you to go around. In which case you must let friends and loved ones and colleagues know that your needs come first, middle and last, today and every day.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

If it feels as if you have lost your way of late that is a clear indication that you need to slow down and look for ways to make your life simpler. To start with, stop doing for other people what they should be doing for themselves.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

If a friend is reluctant to join in with your plans today don’t try to force the issue. They are not being unhelpful for the sake of it, they just have some serious issues of their own to deal with and don’t want to make life even more complicated.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

There is no point getting angry if a colleague or business partner changes their minds about a joint venture today. Saturn in the work area of your chart, linked to your ruler Venus, means this is not the right time for them to commit.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

No matter how tempting an offer may be today you must consider it very carefully before deciding whether or not to get involved. Venus in your sign will encourage you to take a chance but other influences warn there could be hidden dangers.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

You have never been the sort to share your innermost thoughts and feelings and there is no reason why you should change your ways now. The fewer people know what is going on in your head and your heart the better. Why telegraph your intentions?

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

Saturn, your ruler, links nicely with Venus today, which means that group activities should go well, but as Saturn is still moving retrograde there is a danger you could be too trusting. Stay on good terms with everyone but don’t give anything away.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

Cosmic activity in the most ambitious area of your chart may tempt you to follow a new career path but can you be sure your long-term prospects will be good? It might be wiser to wait until later in the month before making a final decision.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

You don’t want to hurt a loved one’s feelings but you need to clue them in to the realities of the current situation. Chances are they have been deliberately avoiding bad news so they can keep feeling good about what they are doing. Send them an alarm call.
