HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

You may be a serious person by nature but your No. 1 aim for the coming year must be to laugh more. Life is an adventure and like all adventures it has its ups and downs. Learn what you can from the downs but focus mainly on the ups.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

Guilt is a useless emotion and the sooner you get over what is preying on your mind the better. The approaching new moon is likely to magnify whatever regret or remorse you may be feeling, so put it out of your head and move on.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

Take the opportunity today to remind partners and loved ones how much they mean to you. No doubt they are aware of that already but it doesn’t hurt to labor the point once in a while. Let them know that you still think they are special.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

You seem to be making much more work for yourself than is strictly necessary. No doubt you can make a better of job of most things than your colleagues but if you try to do it all you may end up running yourself into the ground. Get help.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

The approaching new moon in the most dynamic area of your chart will make it easy for you to shine over the next 48 hours. If there is something of a creative or artistic nature you are working on, aim high and make it a masterpiece.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

You could be somewhat emotional today but is that such a bad thing? Because you tend to be so upbeat about life it comes as a surprise to some people when you show your vulnerable side, but they need to know you’re as human as they are.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Travel and social activities are under excellent stars now and if you can find a way to combine the two over the next few days this could be one of the very best times of the year for you. Make it good for friends and loved ones too.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

Tomorrow’s new moon in the financial area of your chart will encourage you to make some necessary cuts in your spending. You enjoy splashing out, and there is nothing wrong with that, but don’t let your expenses get too far ahead of your income.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

This is the perfect time for a possessions clear-out. If you are typical of your sign you don’t like to get rid of things you suspect that you may need one day but the new moon means it’s time to make some creative space in your life.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

You may be smart enough to know that you have wandered out of your depth and need to get back to safer ground but are you smart enough to know you won’t be able to do that on your own? Getting assistance is not a sign of weakness.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

The message of the planets today is that you must not try to force your opinions on other people. You are entitled to your point of view, of course, but they are every bit as entitled to take a different viewpoint. There’s no reason to take it personally.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

If you want something enough between now and the weekend you will find a way to get it, but the planets warn there is a danger you could turn some people against you by your take-no-prisoners tactics. Act fairly so your rivals respect you.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

The upcoming new moon will open your eyes to new possibilities and if you are brave enough to act on what you see there is no limit to what you can achieve. Proceed on the assumption that all things are permissible and all things are possible.
