HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

Friends and colleagues will look to you for guidance this year and you must be ready and willing to give it to them. You may not think of yourself as a leader or a guru but others can sense you know things that they do not – and they’re right.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

Start off slow today and allow events to carry you along at their own natural speed. As the first sign of he zodiac you have a tendency to want to be ahead of everyone else but sometimes, as now, it makes sense to pace yourself.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

There is a lot going on behind the scenes at the moment but there is no reason to believe that any of it will be bad for you. The message of the stars is to stay sharp but not to the extent that you are constantly on edge.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

It may be hard to decide what you should be doing while Mercury is moving through its retrograde phase but why do you feel you have to make that decision? Cosmic activity in your opposite sign means you can safely let others make choices for you.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

You have got it into your head that you need to be on your guard for events that might come at you from unexpected angles. Maybe they will but why should that worry you? It’s likely those events will work in your favour, so don’t be negative.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

A positive frame of mind is a must if you want to see good things taking place in your life. There may be occasions today when it seems as if your lucky streak has come to an end but most likely you are misreading the situation.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

You may be conservative by nature but your ideas are not set in stone and if you feel that a change is necessary today then just do it. Focus on the outcome you want to see and believe that the universe will make it happen for you.

Missed one of your horoscopes? Here are the most recent days’ forecasts

If you hear something you were not supposed to know about today you can and you must use it for your financial advantage. The fact that someone was stupid enough to give the game away is an invitation to be smart and make it pay.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

Don’t waste time trying to talk yourself up when dealing with employers and other important people. If they cannot see what an asset you would be to them then most likely they are not the people you want to be taking orders from.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

It’s not like you to let criticism get to you but you may be a bit thin-skinned over the next 24 hours. Does it matter what other people think of your aims and your efforts? No it does not, so ignore them and carry on as before.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

There is no reason why you should feel threatened by someone whose power exceeds your own. On the contrary, the planets indicate that if you are open to their suggestions you could make a good team, so long as you remember they’re still the boss.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

After every period of excitement comes a deflationary phase when it’s quite natural to feel a bit down, so don’t worry if your mood takes a dip today. You will be back to your best and on the prowl again socially by the time the weekend arrives.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

You are right to be wary of someone you have not known for very long and what occurs today and tomorrow will confirm that your instincts about them were on the money. It’s certainly your money you need to look out for!
