HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

You have never been the shy and retiring sort and are not about to change your ways now but it will pay you to be careful this year when discussing your plans with other people. If they ask too many questions tell them to mind their own business.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

Put details and other petty distractions out of your mind today and focus on the wider picture and the bigger issues. You are at your best when grappling with events that are of importance not only to you personally but also to the world at large.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

If you say the right thing to the right person in the right tone of voice today you will get what it is that you need. You have such a charming way about you that few can resist your honeyed words, even when you are saying sorry!

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

Don’t waste time and energy trying to force your ideas on friends and loved ones today because not only will you not succeed but with Mars turning retrograde in the communications area of your chart you could turn them massively against you.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

Once again you are worrying about issues over which you have no control. Why? If you cannot influence them then they are not worth getting upset about. Forget about trying to change the world and change the small things that matter to you instead.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

The best way to get back in the good books of someone you clashed with is to admit that you were in the wrong and apologize profusely. But seriously, how likely is that? It will be a huge surprise if you swallow your pride to such an extent!

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

You must pace yourself carefully today because the weekend is going to be super busy and if you use up too much energy now you may not have enough gas left in the tank to give a good account of yourself. If it isn’t essential, give it a miss.

Missed one of your horoscopes? Here are the most recent days’ forecasts

Why focus on the one or two things that went wrong rather than the many things that went right? Ask yourself that question today and then resolve to change the way you choose to look at your life. Your glass is half full, not half empty.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

You may find it hard to apologize for something you said or did but it is absolutely essential today that you let a friend or colleague who you recently fell out with know that you are genuinely sorry. How can you make it up to them?

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

If you are on the move today be smart and keep your wits about you, because as Mars turns retrograde there could be some unexpected obstacles placed in your path. That is not, however, an excuse to stay at home. You must be adventurous.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

There are certain tasks that you must get to grips with and ignoring that fact won’t change the situation one little bit. Persuade yourself that those chores and responsibilities that seem so boring can, with the right attitude, be made to look like fun.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

Partnerships are likely to be challenging today, so steer clear of people you don’t get along with and give everyone else, including loved ones, a fair bit of space. They will appreciate your efforts and give you the space that you need as well.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

Instead of seeing people who are down on their luck as being the cause of their own misfortune try being a bit more understanding. The line between success and failure can be easy to cross, and hard to come back from without a helping hand.
