Pakistani weightlifter Nooh Dastgir Butt has achieved an incredible milestone at the Asian Powerlifting Championship held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Competing in the 120+ kg category, he set a new Asian record by lifting an astounding 400 kilograms in the squat event.

This remarkable performance not only broke the previous record but also earned him his first gold medal at the championship. Butt’s achievement has placed him among the top powerlifters in Asia and brought pride to Pakistan on the international stage.
