HOROSCOPES IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

The message of your birthday chart is that it is not all about you and that if you truly want to succeed you are going to have to work on an equal footing with like-minded colleagues. Make teamwork the most important word in your vocabulary.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

Neptune’s move into your sign this week is a major cosmic event, one that will colour the rest of the year. At the very least it will encourage you to recognize that in the bigger picture every person and every event has an important part to play.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

You may be thinking about giving up on something that appears to have run its natural course but you would be wise to think again. It may no longer be as important a factor as it once was but there is still something it can teach you.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

The only way you can turn what appears to be a setback into something more positive is by asking loved ones to help you out. You may want them to believe that you can handle the matter on your own but deep down you know that isn’t true.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

As Neptune moves into the career area of your chart this week it will pay you to be more flexible in your beliefs. It may seem self-evident that you are right and everyone else is wrong but from their point of view the opposite is true.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

You have been in one place for too long and are now looking around for a way to escape. That’s fine but don’t be so eager to get away that you end up some place that feels no better than where you are now. Seriously, what’s the rush?

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Neptune’s move into the wealth area of your chart this week means both that your imagination will be your fortune and that you will find imaginative new ways to spend your money! Easy come, easy go? There are worse things in life.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

There is a danger that you could go over the top over the next few days and offend someone you usually get along with quite well but it’s not the end of the world. Even a Libra goes through phases when self-control is hard to come by.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

You must make sure that you get paid the proper rate for your services. If you accept less than you know you are worth others will take that as a sign of weakness and offer you even less in the future. It’s top dollar or you walk.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

If you push yourself a little bit harder at the start of the week you won’t have to do so much later in the week when you will be less inclined to make a serious effort. Also, don’t try to do it all on your own – get assistance.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

It may be that your employer and senior colleagues don’t seem to value your talents but that isn’t true. By pretending they don’t rate your efforts they are hoping you will work even harder so they can work even less. Don’t fall for it.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

You don’t lack for ideas but you do seem reluctant to follow them up. That may be because you have so many choices that you cannot make up your mind which one to go after first. Choose one aim, stick with it and make it work.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

Neptune, your ruling planet, leaves your birth sign this week, which among other things means you will be less inclined to do everything for other people while doing next to nothing for yourself. It’s your life, so make it work for you first.
