HOROSCOPES

Major changes in the world around you will be reflected in your own lifestyle over the coming year but that is far from a bad thing. With every change there will be a new opportunity to grow on both a personal and a professional level. It’s all good.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

If you tell colleagues and rivals they must obey the rules then you must obey them as well. There will come a moment today when you are tempted to take an unethical shortcut but you must resist. If not, they will call you a hypocrite.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

You need to be more daring when it comes to dealing with matters of a financial nature. No, that is not an invitation to take the kind of risks that could cost you a fortune, but why not be a bit more adventurous in your choice of investments?

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

With both the sun and Jupiter moving through your sign you will find it easy to move on from the past. True, there are still lessons you can learn from yesterday’s failures but you must focus more on the opportunities of today and tomorrow.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

If you have confidence in your abilities and are willing to take a few risks you will soon accomplish something remarkable. As one of the zodiac’s Water signs you have a tendency to be too humble for your own good. Show some ego for a change.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

If you make a good impression on people in positions of power over the next few days they will go out of their way to smooth your own path to the top. Why? Because when they look at you they can see a kindred soul, brimming with ambition.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Do you meet a challenge head-on or do you run away and hide? When it’s put like that the answer is obvious as you don’t want to look like a coward but you may be tempted to opt out of a confrontation today. Don’t. Stand and fight.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

If you have set your sights on a specific goal you must keep at it until it is done. If you get distracted by other matters you may never get the chance to come back to your original aim. Be ruthless with your focus and time management.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

This is not the right time to be open about thoughts and feelings you know could have a damaging effect on how other people see you. It’s good that you want to be honest but easing your conscience could have major consequences.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

Whatever you choose to do over the next 24 hours some people will criticize you for it, so you might as well resolve to push ahead regardless and close your ears to their complaints. Seriously, why should you care what other people think of you?

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

A creative endeavour of some kind is going well and one final push will take it over the line. The harder you work today the less likely it is you will be playing catch-up come the end of the week. Go for it and get it.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

Now that the sun has joined Jupiter in the most dynamic area of your chart any restrictions that have been holding you back will disappear and you will be free to follow your dream. Why just one dream though – why not several?

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

If you spend too long sizing up an opportunity of some kind today you may find that it passes on to one of your rivals. The moment you get the chance to improve your professional or financial position you must go for it without hesitation.
