HOROSCOPES

A Mars-Jupiter link on your birthday will endow you with huge self-belief but Saturn’s influence warns you also need to be aware of your limitations. If you get the balance right you can make giant strides toward your most important life goals.

Aries (March 21 – April 20):

Various people may disapprove of the course of action you have chosen to take but you won’t be changing your mind. On the contrary, the more they pressure you to modify your plans the more you will push ahead with them for the fun of it.

Taurus (April 21 – May 21):

Some very interesting people will come into your life over the next few days but from their point of view the most interesting person in the room by far will be you. Don’t underestimate your ability to draw exciting and inspiring people into your orbit.

Gemini (May 22 – June 21):

Be careful when dealing with people whose integrity you cannot be sure of. They may of course be honest to a fault but unless you know that for a fact you must not take risks that could cost you a lot of money if they go wrong.

Cancer (June 22 – July 23):

Jupiter’s influence in your sign will reach a peak over the next few days, so get ready to take advantage of the kind of opportunities that come round all too rarely. Fear nothing, believe in yourself and greet each new day with the widest of smiles.

Leo (July 24 – Aug. 23):

It’s not like you to fall prey to irrational fears but even your own shadow seems to be menacing you at the moment. If it makes you feel safer, spend as much time as you can on your own. Give the negativity time to work itself out.

Virgo (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

There is zero chance that a friend or colleague will change their way of looking at the world just because you say they should. Save your time and energy and use the insights you get over the coming week to make money in clever new ways.

Libra (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

Colleagues and employers will find fault with most things you do this week. Does that mean you are doing it all wrong or does it mean they are being unreasonably fussy? It’s the latter, of course, so ignore them and carry on as before.

Scorpio (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

If social and travel plans get disrupted over the next few days just accept it and adjust to the new reality as best as you can. If you allow yourself to get angry that will signal to your rivals that your cool exterior can easily be cracked.

Sagittarius (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

The news you get over the coming week won’t always be to your liking but you are smart enough to recognize that even the worst bits are of no real importance. You have never been the sort to fret over what you cannot change, so why start now?

Capricorn (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

If you go out of your way to help someone in need this week the universe will go out of its way to help you at a later date. It never hurts to have some karmic credit in the bank, so do a good deed without being asked.

Aquarious (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

The planets warn you could be about to do something that you think is fair but which some other people think is terrible. If you make an effort to see things from their point of view you should be able to avoid making that mistake.

Pisces (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

If you are smart you will refuse to get involved in a battle of wits with a work colleague over the next few days. This is one of the best times of the year to showcase your creative talents, so don’t waste time on idiots and losers.
