HOROSCOPES

Your imagination will soar over the coming year and it is of the utmost importance that you direct it into activities that are both creatively satisfying and professionally rewarding. Just because you’re an artist does not mean you have to be poor

Aries (March 21 – April 20):

Somone you work or do business with thinks you have grown too big for your boots and will try to bring you down a notch or two. They will only succeed if you do something so stupid that even your friends think you’ve gone too far.

Taurus (April 21 – May 21):

You won’t have to exert yourself to any great extent today as you already have most things you need, and the one or two things you don’t have will be brought to your door by friends and loved ones. Sit back, relax and watch the world go by.

Gemini (May 22 – June 21):

You may be tempted to give someone the impression that you agree with what they are doing just to keep things cordial between you, but if they then go and make a major error you will be at least partly to blame. Be brutally honest with them instead.

Cancer (June 22 – July 23):

The more you try to keep a secret from the people you love the more likely it is they will find out about it. A better strategy by far would be to tell them the truth but only up to a certain point – hopefully that will satisfy their curiosity.

Leo (July 24 – Aug. 23):

A sudden attraction could upset your plans to such an extent today and over the weekend that you get no serious work done at all. But is that such a bad thing? Since when has all work and no play been part of the Leo philosophy?

Virgo (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

The more you try to talk your way out of trouble over the next 24 hours the less others will be inclined to believe you, so go to the opposite extreme and resolve to say nothing at all. You really don’t need to make excuses or say sorry.

Libra (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

You know what you are talking about but are you communicating your meaning to other people so they know it too? You will need to spell out your ideas in words of three syllables or less today, because some people can be incredibly dumb.

Scorpio (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

A partnership of some kind is likely to come to an end today and over the weekend as your aims have diverged so much over the past few months. That’s okay though – there is no need for regret. It’s just a natural progression for both of you.

Sagittarius (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

You know from long experience that your adventurous nature, while bringing a lot of fun, can also bring a great deal of trouble. The planets warn you can and you must think before you act today. If you don’t, the consequences could be severe.

Capricorn (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

You have a talent for getting people to do what you want, and what you want them to do now is to leave you alone with your thoughts. Put on a stern face today but make sure you are all smiles again as you go into the weekend.

Aquarius (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

If someone you work with is making life difficult for you it could be because they bear a grudge of some kind. Ask them straight what you have said or done to annoy them so much and then set about putting it right. You can still be friends.

Pisces (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

You need to accept that some people have more power than you do and that if they use it against you the results won’t be pleasant. Do whatever it takes to stay in their good books today and over the weekend, even if you secretly despise them.
