Pakistan and Iran have once again shown their strong brotherly bond by signing 12 new agreements to work together in different areas such as trade, energy, and infrastructure.

The leaders of both countries agreed to increase their yearly trade to $10 billion and to keep working for peace in the region through talks and cooperation.

President Asif Ali Zardari praised Iran for its clear stand on the Kashmir issue and also spoke against Isr_ael’s unprovoked attacks.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif supported Iran’s peaceful nuc_lear program and stressed that both countries must work together to fight terr_orism, remembering the sacrifices both nations have made in this fight.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian thanked Pakistan for its continuous support and called for unity among Muslim countries. He even quoted Allama Iqbal, showing the deep cultural link between the two nations.

During the visit, a high-level business forum was also arranged where businessmen and officials from both sides sat together to speed up talks about a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and to improve trade routes and connections.

Officials from both countries believe that these new agreements will open up more job opportunities, increase trade, and strengthen ties between the people of Pakistan and Iran. Both sides agreed that regular talks and strong partnerships are the best ways to solve problems and build a peaceful future for the region.

This new chapter is seen as a positive step forward for stronger friendship and practical cooperation in the years ahead.
