HOROSCOPES

A Mars-Mercury link on your birthday will make it easy for you to get your point of view across this year and your powers of persuasion will make a huge and positive difference to other people’s lives. Think big, talk big and act big as well.

Aries (March 21 – April 20):

You may be in a great mood at the moment but a loved one seems to be struggling with everyday life. Make it your business to remind them that if they change their attitude for the better then their world will change for the better as well.

Taurus (April 21 – May 21):

In a matter of days the sun will move in your favour, so forget about what went wrong in the past and focus only on the future. If you don’t know precisely what it is you want from life then do some deep thinking about it today.

Gemini (May 22 – June 21):

The next few days will be crucial for your ambitions, especially those that revolve around your creative desires. Decide what your No. 1 priority is going to be and prepare to give it your best shot 100 per cent of the time.

Cancer (June 22 – July 23):

Life may be full of ups and downs at the moment but a more stable phase is on the horizon. Where both financial and family matters are concerned you need to push past what you consider to be failures and reset your mind to think only of success.

Leo (July 24 – Aug. 23):

With Mars moving through the travel area of your chart you will go where you want to go and do what you want to do and you won’t care in the slightest if other people do not approve. Go out of your way to be different today.

Virgo (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

A more positive phase is coming and in a matter of days you will look back and wonder why you got so worked up about issues that were of only minor importance. Start making plans for the rest of the year, and make them big!

Libra (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

Obstacles exist to be overcome, so look at the barrier that is blocking your path as a challenge rather than a catastrophe. Keep pushing and don’t lose heart if nothing much seems to be happening. You will smash through that obstacle by the end of the week.

Scorpio (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

There will be times today when you think it might be best to isolate yourself from the wider world but that attitude is self-defeating. Instead, make friends with people who can help you reach your long-term goals. Not even a Scorpio can succeed on their own.

Sagittarius (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

If you allow yourself to get emotional about a situation you cannot change then you will be no good either to yourself or to other people. Instead, stay calm and start making the kind of small changes that will one day add up to something big.

Capricorn (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

You may feel a bit frustrated today because you are stuck in one place when there are so many interesting things going on in the world at large, but be patient. The planets indicate you will be on the move again very soon.

Aquarius (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

If there is someone you want to impress then Mercury in your opposite sign will help you find the right words to excite them. But make sure what you tell them is true or they might lose confidence in you later on if you fail to deliver.

Pisces (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

One way or another you will find a way to get what you desire today, but make sure it does not come at a cost to people you care about. If you neglect to take their feelings into account now they may neglect to assist you later on.
