Heavy monsoon rains have caused serious problems for train travel across Pakistan, leading to long delays and even the suspension of some services.

In Karachi, the continuous downpour has flooded railway tracks, making it unsafe for trains to run on time. Because of this, Pakistan Railways has had to change its schedules and stop several departures.

Trains such as the Bahauddin Zakariya Express, Fareed Express, Shah Hussain Express, and a number of others are facing hours of delay. Many passengers have been left waiting at stations, unsure of when their trains will leave. The situation has created a lot of frustration for travelers, especially those who were planning to reach their destinations before the Eid holidays or for important commitments.

The Pakistan Meteorological Department has also warned that more rainfall is expected in the coming days, which could make conditions even more unstable. With the heavy rain showing no sign of stopping soon, railway officials are urging people to stay updated about the latest travel schedules before heading to stations.
