AirSial in Trouble? Plane Lands in Lahore, Passengers Furious as Luggage Still in Dubai

Passengers on AirSial flight PF787 faced a major inconvenience on November 25, 2025, after their luggage was mistakenly left behind in Dubai, even though the flight landed safely in Lahore.

The incident caused serious frustration among travelers, many of whom said they had important items in their bags. When passengers arrived in Lahore and discovered that none of the checked baggage had been transported with the flight, they were shocked.

Several travelers gathered at the airport and protested, accusing the airline of poor management, carelessness and a lack of proper communication. Many said that AirSial staff were unable to give them a clear answer about when their belongings would be delivered or how the mistake had even happened.

Some passengers reported that their bags contained medicines, documents, clothes, and valuables they needed urgently. The uncertainty about the bags’ arrival only added to their stress.

Families waiting at the airport also expressed disappointment, saying the airline should have informed passengers beforehand if there were any issues.

The situation quickly drew attention online. Videos and photos of upset passengers at the airport spread across social media platforms.

Users criticized the airline for failing to handle basic operations and demanded that AirSial take strict action against those responsible for the mishandling.

Many people online also called for better training, improved systems and stronger policies to ensure passengers’ luggage is transported safely and on time.

Air travel experts say that such incidents damage the trust passengers place in airlines. Customers now expect AirSial to respond quickly, return the bags safely, and take steps to prevent similar problems in the future.
