PTV suspends YouTuber Razi Dada after his remarks in a vlog created controversy. The PTV management issued a suspension notice, saying his words about a specific ethnic group caused public anger and hurt feelings.

According to the notification from PTV headquarters in Islamabad, the anchor’s comments were considered offensive. PTV suspends YouTuber Razi Dada until further notice and banned him from appearing on its screen. Officials said this behavior goes against national unity and harmony.

The suspension letter was signed by Deputy Controller Administration and Personnel-II, Muhammad Ibrahim. It stated that the remarks were unacceptable and damaged the channel’s credibility.

Razi Dada, whose real name is Rizwan-ur-Rehman, is a senior journalist and anchor. He appeared as an analyst on the current affairs program Siyasat Tonight. In one of his recent vlogs, while discussing the issue of dam construction in Pakistan, he used inappropriate words. These remarks upset a community and sparked criticism.
