Army Chief Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir has reaffirmed that Pakistan will give a strong and decisive response to any form of border violation, whether direct or indirect.

Speaking to participants of the 17th National Workshop Balochistan at the General Headquarters (GHQ), he highlighted Balochistan’s vast economic potential and the crucial role of youth in shaping a peaceful, united, and prosperous Pakistan.

He said that the province holds key importance in the country’s development and that empowering its people is essential for long-term national stability.

Field Marshal Asim Munir also strongly condemned attempts by hostile elements and India-backed groups, referred to as Fitna-ul-Hind and Fitna-ul-Khawarij who aim to create unrest and instability in Balochistan.

He said that such malicious campaigns will not succeed, as the people of Balochistan stand firmly with Pakistan’s armed forces in safeguarding peace and progress.

He reiterated that Pakistan’s desire for regional peace should not be mistaken for weakness. While the country supports stability and cooperation in the region, it remains fully prepared to defend its borders and sovereignty against any threat.

The Army Chief further encouraged youth participation in national development programs and urged them to contribute positively to building a stronger and more united Pakistan.

His remarks reflected the army’s ongoing commitment to security, progress, and inclusivity in Balochistan — a region central to the country’s economic growth and strategic future. The session concluded with renewed determination toward peace, development, and national solidarity.
