ARL wins OICCI Climate Excellence Award 2026

ISLAMABAD: Attock Refinery Limited Won “OICCI Climate Excellence Award 2026” Attock Refinery Limited won the the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI) Climate Excellence Award 2026 in the special category of “supporting biodiversity”.

The award was presented by the Federal Minister for Climate Change and Environmental Coordination, Dr Musadik Masood Malik, at the 4th Pakistan Climate Conference 2026, organized by the OICCI.

MrAsad Hasan, Chief Executive Officer, National Refinery Limited (NRL), received the award on behalf of Attock Refinery Limited. The OICCI Climate Excellence Awards recognize exceptional innovation, leadership, and impactful initiatives in addressing climate change in Pakistan.

ARL’s recognition reflects its sustained efforts in biodiversity conservation, habitat restoration, public awareness, and the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices, including water-efficient landscaping and solar powered drip irrigation systems. These initiatives underscore ARL’s alignment with global sustainability standards and its commitment to strengthening climate resilience and environmental stewardship for a sustainable future in Pakistan.
