QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti has said equal development across all constituencies remains his government’s top priority, pointing out that developmental projects are being advanced in consultation with public representatives.

He expressed these views during a meeting with MPA Prince Agha Umar Jan Ahmedzai on Friday, during which matters of mutual interest, as well as the overall political and developmental situation in the province came under discussion.

Mr Ahmedzai thanked the chief minister for including the Link Mian Ghundi Road (connecting N-25 to N-65) in the Quetta development package, terming it a significant step forward for the region’s development and public welfare.

The chief minister emphasised that the provision of roads, infrastructure and other basic facilities in underdeveloped areas of Balochistan is a key part of his government’s serious policy, and practical steps in this regard will continue.
