COAS Asim Munir Inaugurates Innovista Indus IT Park in Karachi

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir inaugurated the Innovista Indus IT Park in Karachi, a major project focused on empowering the youth through strong partnerships between academia and industry, especially in the fields of Information Technology (IT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and various civil society members were also present at the event. General Asim Munir highlighted the importance of the IT park in strengthening Pakistan’s growing technology sector, which is crucial for the country’s future development.

He also took the opportunity to appreciate the role of the business community in driving economic progress. Additionally, General Munir acknowledged the support of friendly nations like China, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE in Pakistan’s development efforts.

In his speech, General Asim Munir expressed his confidence in Pakistan’s bright future, emphasizing that the country has enormous potential and resilience to overcome challenges and achieve prosperity. The IT park is seen as a step forward in unlocking this potential and preparing the youth for the future.

This project aims to create job opportunities, enhance skills, and encourage innovation, making it a significant initiative for Pakistan’s technological and economic progress.
