Customs Enforcement Gadani on Tuesday seized 88 kilogrammes of hashish valued at Rs264 million during an intelligence-driven operation along the M-8 road near Kech River in Turbat.
According to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), the narcotics were found packed in 88 plastic packets hidden inside a Non-Custom-Paid (NCP) Toyota Axio (grey), which was also confiscated. The vehicle is estimated to be worth Rs4 million.

The FBR said the operation was conducted on credible intelligence and reaffirmed its commitment to curbing narcotics smuggling and illicit trade across the country.
