Pakistan’s Sajid Khan gave an outstanding performance on day three of the second Test in Multan, taking 7 wickets for 111 runs. His efforts helped Pakistan bowl England out for 291, leaving them trailing by 75 runs.

This was Sajid’s second five-wicket haul in Test cricket, and he played a key role in the morning session, picking up three of the four wickets after England started the day at 239-6.

Noman Ali also contributed with the ball, taking 3 wickets for 101 runs, and reached a personal milestone of 50 Test wickets. England’s last batting pair, Shoaib Bashir and Jack Leach, added 29 important runs before Sajid took the final wicket to end the innings. Leach remained not out on 25.

With this performance, Pakistan has put pressure on England, who currently lead the three-match series 1-0. The strong bowling display by Sajid and Noman has kept Pakistan in the game, with hopes of leveling the series still alive. England will now aim to perform well in their second innings to maintain their lead in the series. The match is delicately balanced, and both teams have everything to play for.
