This initiative aims to onboard, nurture, and empower recent graduates, preparing them to become the leaders of tomorrow. For over 55 years, Engro has been committed to contributing to Pakistan’s development across various industries, including fertilizers, power generation, telecom infrastructure, petrochemicals, LNG, and chemical storage.
Opportunities Across Multiple Verticals
The 2024 Management Trainee Enablers Program will provide participants with the opportunity to work in different sectors within Engro, all based in Karachi at the head office. Graduates can choose from the following divisions for their placement:
- Engro Fertilizers
- Engro Polymers & Chemicals
- Engro Energy
- Engro Corporation
- Engro Eximp FZE

Eligibility and Diversity Commitment
To be eligible for the program, applicants must be 2024 graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.0. The program is open to graduates specializing in Marketing & Business Development, Commercial, Finance, Audit, and Human Resources. Candidates should also be willing to relocate to Karachi.
