Pakistan has taken a big step toward a cleaner and more sustainable future in transportation with the launch of its first Range Extended Electric Vehicle (REEV), called the Forthing Friday REEV. This new vehicle has been introduced by Capital Smart Motors and brings a smart mix of electric and fuel-based technology to the country’s roads.

The Forthing Friday REEV can travel an impressive 1,150 kilometers in total, thanks to its advanced electric system and a built-in fuel-based range extender. This means that when the electric battery runs low, the vehicle can switch to fuel power, allowing drivers to continue their journey without worrying about running out of charge. This feature solves a common problem with fully electric cars known as “range anxiety,” where drivers are concerned they won’t find a charging station in time.

Because of this smart combination of electric and fuel power, the REEV is a great choice for both city driving and long trips between cities. It provides the environmental benefits of electric vehicles while also offering the dependability of fuel for longer drives.

The launch of the Forthing Friday REEV is a major milestone for Pakistan’s automotive industry. It signals the beginning of a new era where cleaner, smarter, and more efficient vehicles can become part of everyday life. As the country continues to look for ways to reduce pollution and modernize transportation, vehicles like this can play a key role.

Details about the price of the Forthing Friday REEV are expected to be announced soon, and many are eager to see how this vehicle will shape the future of mobility in Pakistan.
