Fiverr Reportedly Lists Pakistani Freelancers as ‘Unavailable’ Amid Internet Disruption
Share on FacebookShare on TwitterWhatsapp

Internet disruptions have been affecting Pakistan for almost a week, leading to serious problems such as slow internet speeds and limited functionality of various apps.

These issues have had a significant impact on platforms like Fiverr, where many Pakistani freelancers have seen their gigs marked as “unavailable” because of the connectivity problems. To manage the situation, Fiverr has temporarily taken this step to prevent freelancers from receiving negative ratings due to delays in fulfilling orders.

Many users are frustrated by these disruptions and have expressed their dissatisfaction with the government, calling for Fiverr to find a solution. In addition to these issues, people are using VPNs to try and manage their internet connectivity problems, especially with the current ban on X (formerly Twitter).

As the situation continues, there are growing calls for the urgent restoration of reliable internet access in Pakistan to address these ongoing challenges.
