The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has announced a special gas supply schedule for Eidul Fitr 2025, ensuring that households do not face disruptions during the festive period.
According to the SSGC spokesperson, gas will be available throughout the three days of Eid with stable pressure until midnight. This move aims to provide relief to residents, allowing them to prepare meals and celebrate Eid without any inconvenience.
SSGC has also set up a dedicated helpline (1199) for consumers to report any gas-related issues. The company urged the public to reach out immediately if they experience low pressure or supply disruptions.
Earlier, SSGC had assured citizens in Karachi of a smooth gas supply during Ramadan, particularly during Sehri and Iftar. The company had implemented a schedule to ensure gas availability during peak cooking hours, which helped many households prepare their meals without trouble.
As Eid celebrations take place across Pakistan on March 31, millions of people are gathering for prayers and festivities. Special congregational prayers are being held at mosques, Eidgahs, and open spaces, where worshippers are offering prayers for peace, prosperity, and unity.
The SSGC’s initiative to maintain an uninterrupted gas supply reflects its commitment to ensuring a hassle-free Eid for families across the region. Residents are encouraged to follow safety guidelines and report any gas-related concerns for prompt resolution.
