Germany offer New Opportunity for Pakistanis Without Job Offer, Here’re Details

Germany has introduced a new pathway for skilled Pakistanis who want to build their careers abroad. Under this initiative, Pakistani citizens can now travel to Germany for one year without having a job offer, giving them time to search for suitable employment after arriving in the country. This new system aims to make it easier for qualified individuals to explore work opportunities and settle into the German job market.

The programme allows selected applicants to live in Germany for twelve months while they look for a job. During this period, they are also permitted to work part-time for up to 20 hours a week, helping them manage living expenses. In addition, candidates may be offered a two-week job trial, giving them a chance to demonstrate their skills directly to employers.

To qualify, applicants must score at least six points based on factors such as language skills, education, work experience, technical abilities, age, and any previous stay in Germany. They must also show proof of €1091 per month to cover their expenses while living there.

Required documents include language certificates, academic qualifications, employment records, bank statements, and identification papers. All applications will be submitted online through the Federal Foreign Office’s digital portal. Once approved, the applicant will receive the Opportunity Card and can then travel to Germany.

After arrival, they must complete essential steps such as arranging accommodation, getting health insurance, and registering with local authorities before starting their job search.

Officials say candidates with German language skills will have better chances of success. For further assistance, applicants can contact the German Embassy or Consulate for guidance.
