Ghani Chemical increases CEO, executive director’s remuneration after 3 years

Ghani Chemical Industries Limited (GCIL) announced on Wednesday that for the first time since 2022, the company had decided on the remuneration of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Director of GCIL.

The company shared this in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

“The remuneration of CEO and Executive Director (Atique Ahmad Khan) has increased from Rs.1,450,625/month to Rs.2,000,000/month each.”

The notice further said that Masroor Ahmad Khan was reappointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company.

Moreover, Hafiz Farooq Ahmad was also reappointed as CEO. Meanwhile, Zubair Siddiqui has been appointed as President of GCIL, along with other companies of the group.

The company was incorporated in Pakistan as a private limited company in 2015 and was converted into a public limited company in 2017.

The principal activity of the company is the manufacturing, trading & sale of medical and industrial gases and chemicals.
