Gold per tola gains Rs1000 in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Tuesday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs523,762 after a gain of Rs1,000 during the day.

Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs449,041 after it increased by Rs857, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Monday, gold price per tola reached Rs522,762 after a decline of Rs1,800 during the day.

The international rate of gold was up by $10 to reach $5,010 per ounce (with a premium of $20).

Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs128 to reach Rs8,569 per tola.
