Gold price gains Rs3,000 per tola in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Friday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs444,462 after an increase of Rs3,000 during the day.

Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs381,054 after it accumulated Rs2,572, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Thursday, gold price per tola reached Rs441,462 after a decline of Rs1,700 during the day.

The international rate of gold increased by $30 to reach $4,221 per ounce (with a premium of $20).

Meanwhile, the price of silver also jumped by Rs72 to reach Rs6,072 per tola.
