Gold price per tola drops by Rs21,400 in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan decreased on Friday in line with their loss in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs507,762 after a decline of Rs21,400 during the day.

Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs435,324 after it fell by Rs18,347, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Wednesday, gold price per tola reached Rs529,162 after a gain of Rs14,800 during the day.

The international rate of gold declined by $214 to reach $4,850 per ounce (with a premium of $20).

Meanwhile, the price of silver also decreased by Rs1,430 to reach Rs7,825 per tola.
