Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Friday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs490,362 after a gain of Rs3,400 during the day.
Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs420,406 after it increased by Rs2,915, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
On Thursday, gold price per tola reached Rs486,962 after a decline of Rs7,100 during the day.
The international rate of gold was up by $34 to reach $4,676 per ounce (with a premium of $20).
Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs160 to reach Rs7,794 per tola.
