Gold per tola gains Rs7,000 in Pakistan

Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Saturday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs526,962 after a gain of Rs7,000 during the day.

Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs451,784 after it increased by Rs6,001, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Friday, gold price per tola reached Rs519,962 after a decline of Rs8,600 during the day.

The international rate of gold was up by $70 to reach $5,042 per ounce (with a premium of $20).

However, the price of silver decreased by Rs105 to reach Rs8,219 per tola.
