Former fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar recently praised Shadab Khan for his excellent performance and leadership during PSL 10. Akhtar highlighted Shadab’s role as a key all-rounder, especially pointing out his skills as a bowler. He said Shadab is not only performing well on the field but also doing a great job as a captain.

Akhtar appreciated the way Shadab has kept the Islamabad United team united. He mentioned that Shadab has created a positive and strong atmosphere in the dressing room, which is very important for any team. He called Shadab a “very smart player” and said that he is a big asset to the team.

Besides praising Shadab, Akhtar also stood up for Azam Khan, who has faced criticism from fans and experts. Many have questioned Azam’s fitness, but Akhtar called this criticism unfair. He believes Azam is a powerful hitter and has the potential to do even better.

Akhtar encouraged Azam to focus more on his fitness and work on improving himself. He even suggested that Azam could turn things around by going through a major fitness transformation. According to Akhtar, if Azam works hard, he can prove his critics wrong and silence them with his performance.

Shoaib Akhtar’s comments show that he believes in supporting and motivating young players. He sees great potential in both Shadab and Azam and wants them to continue growing. With experienced voices like Akhtar backing them, these young cricketers have the encouragement they need to shine even brighter in the future.
