HUAWEI has recently introduced the Mate XT, the world’s first tri-folding smartphone, during an event in China. This innovative phone takes a different approach to foldable designs compared to traditional clamshell foldables.

Instead of folding in half, the Mate XT has a book-like fold with two hinges, allowing it to open up into a large 10.2-inch OLED screen when fully unfolded. The Mate XT also offers a 7.9-inch screen option when partially folded, giving users multiple display choices depending on their needs.

This advanced smartphone is powered by a high-performance Kirin 9010 5G chip or an even higher version, ensuring fast and smooth operation. In terms of photography, the Mate XT is equipped with impressive camera features.

It has a 50MP main camera for sharp and detailed photos, a 12MP ultrawide lens for capturing broader scenes, and a 12MP periscope zoom lens for long-range shots. The phone is powered by a large 5600mAh battery, which supports 66W fast charging, allowing users to recharge quickly and get back to using their device.

The Mate XT comes with a premium price tag of around US$ 2,809, which is approximately PKR 780,000 in Pakistan. This groundbreaking device showcases HUAWEI’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of smartphone design and technology, offering users a unique and advanced mobile experience.
