Actor clap backs at Babrik Shah saying he isn’t manly enough

Imran Abbas refuses to listen to the opinions of people who ‘haven’t made it in life’. In a recent Instagram video shared over the weekend, the actor clapped back at Babrik Shah who said, “Imran Abbas does not look like a man.”

In a recent appearance on Hina Niazi’s talk show Suno To Sahi, Babrik said that, “Imran Abbas does not look like a hero. He is zero percent filmy material”. The actor also remarked that Hamza Ali Abbasi is a seven out of ten in terms of acting and called Fawad Khan ‘overrated,’ declaring he is a 50/50.

Imran did not shy away from answering back and counting his blessings. “Whether anybody believes it or not, God keeps giving me more,” he said in the video. “So I don’t care what people say because it comes with the package. These people have an inferiority complex, they are all left behind in life.”

The actor pointed out a pattern in his haters. “Whoever has written negatively about me, just open their profiles,” he said. “You will get an idea where the person is from, what they are deprived of, what is in their heart. You will understand that their hearts are very sad because they don’t have anything in their life. This happens in the profession too. They have the right because they are not doing too well themselves.”

Offering some kind words, he said, “I pray that God gives them success and guidance.”

Following this incident, film star Reema Khan came out in Imran’s support and penned a supportive message on Instagram. “Dear Imran Abbas, don’t let someone’s sarcasm dim your light,” she wrote. “You’re one of the most genuine, talented, hardworking, self-made, extremely handsome, humble and a wonderful human being I know and anyone who matters sees that.”

Reema expressed her love for the actor. “I’m proud of you, actually we are all proud of your journey, love and will always stand on your back,” she said. “Keep rocking and attach more feathers on your cap.”

Fans were quick to chip into this feud. “How can anyone insult a co-actor like this,” said one Instagram user.

Another pointed out the host’s fault in starting a bitter conversation, “It is all the host’s fault. Why don’t celebrities boycott such hosts?”

A few agreed with Babrik and criticised Imran’s acting. “Imran Abbas does not know how to act. He used to be good looking but now he looks weird with so much make up on,” shared one user.
