Iran Tells Trump to Stop Disrespecting Khamenei, Says Isr@el ‘Ran to Daddy’ to Escape Missiles

Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, has issued a stern warning to US President Donald Trump, urging him to refrain from making disrespectful remarks about Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. This comes after Trump claimed to have saved Khamenei from an “ugly and ignominious death” during a recent escalation with Israel.

Araghchi emphasized that if Trump is genuinely interested in reaching a deal with Iran, he should set aside his “disrespectful and unacceptable tone” towards the Supreme Leader and stop hurting his millions of sincere supporters. The Iranian government’s strong reaction underscores the deep-seated tensions between the two nations.

The controversy began when Trump took to his Truth Social platform to claim that he had saved Khamenei from assassination, accusing the Supreme Leader of ingratitude. Khamenei had previously delivered a victory speech, asserting that Iran had emerged victorious in the conflict with Israel and denouncing Washington’s role.

Iran’s leaders have made it clear that any attempt to negotiate a new agreement will require a significant shift in Trump’s approach. “If President Trump is genuine about wanting a deal, he should put aside the disrespectful and unacceptable tone towards Iran’s Supreme Leader, Grand Ayatollah Khamenei, and stop hurting his millions of heartfelt followers,” Araghchi stated.

The situation highlights the complex and often contentious relationship between the US and Iran, with both nations locked in a struggle for influence in the region. As tensions continue to simmer, the international community watches closely for any signs of escalation or diplomatic breakthroughs.

In a related development, Iran has also criticized Israel, saying it “ran to Daddy” (presumably referring to the United States) to escape Iran’s missiles during the recent conflict. This remark underscores the deep-seated animosity between Iran and Israel, which has been a major driver of tensions in the region.
