Police officials said this initiative is part of a wider strategy to raise employment opportunities, reduce crime by keeping youth engaged, and build capacity in cutting-edge sectors. The training centres in Islamabad are equipped with modern facilities and expert instructors focused on delivering results.

Youth participants welcomed the programme, saying it offers new hope and direction at a time when many face limited career options. As Islamabad Police step into this role of mentor and facilitator, the project could become a model for combining law-enforcement leadership with youth development goals.
